Enhanced Drive-Up Experience & ATM Upgrades


Bank Plus has enhanced your Drive-up and ATM banking experience with ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) at our Estherville, Graettinger, and Swea City locations. This exciting upgrade means you can still connect with a Bank Plus employee but through a screen instead of a window. ITMs can be used to connect with a Direct Teller through video to complete a teller-assisted transaction or as an ATM.  Your ATM experience has been enhanced as well, ATM deposits are available for Bank Plus customers!

  • There are a number of benefits for our clients.
  • You’ll likely experience shorter lines, with live personal assistance every step of the way.
  • You can complete up to 95% of typical teller transactions—like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments—via ITMs.
  • The addition of ITMs will allow customers to receive more consultative services in-branch.

We are continuously looking for ways to serve our customers and communities better, and our ITMs and Direct Teller services are convenient when you need more than an ATM, but aren't able to make a in-branch visit. From the convenience of your vehicle, you can still get the same personalized service you have come to expect from Bank Plus!
